What happens if I cannot find the newsletter in my inbox?

We all do not like spam emails.  However, even when you subscribe to an email list, like this one from Lighthouse, sometimes the algorithm doesn’t like us.  And we still end up in the spam folder.  But do not fret; we want to provide you with a few simple steps to help prevent this occurrence. 

1. Add [email protected] to your contacts or address book.  (Making us a contact helps cut down on the filtering.)  

2. Second, if a message ends up in spam anyway, go into your email client’s spam, select the message you don’t consider spam, and click “Not Spam” (or a similarly labeled button.) Your email client will learn about your preferences as you do this.

Can I reply to the newsletter?

Yes! If you have a question about something in the newsletter, please reply to the email from which it is sent. However, please be patient with us as we try to answer as quickly as possible.
